Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

After submitting your withdrawal through the electronic withdrawal function, you will promptly receive confirmation by email. This confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time on which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal declaration before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement promptly and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.

We will generally use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods:

You must return the goods promptly and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal remains valid even if the packaging has been opened. However, use of the product beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection may result in a corresponding deduction for diminished value.
