Six simple steps to long-lasting cooling.

Watch the video tutorial, which explains the six steps in detail.

Step by step

Six simple steps to long-lasting cooling. No pre-cooling is necessary. Simply mix cool down ICE FLUID with water in a ratio of 1:5 and the cooling effect will unfold constantly and lastingly.

Step 1

Pour the cool down ICE FLUID active ingredient concentrate into the mixing box.

Step 2

Mix cool down ICE FLUID with water.
(Ratio 1:5)

Step 3

Place the latex-free cotton bandage in the mixing box with the ICE FLUID-water mixture and moisten evenly.

Step 4

Remove the cotton bandage from the mixing box and wring it out well.
(Can be reused up to 40 times if used carefully)

Step 5

Bandage the injured area of the body with the damp cotton bandage in a single layer towards the heart. (Cover fresh wounds with a film dressing first)

Step 6

Cover the cotton bandage with the fixation bandage.
(Optimal cooling effect if the bandage is left in place for 2 hours)

Information

Leave the damp cotton bandage in place for 2-3 hours until it has dried out. Repeat the process as often as necessary. The ICE FLUID is sufficient for approximately 40 (250 ml) or 15 (100 ml) applications. The use of cool down is risk-free. In the case of open wounds, rashes or eczema, cool down may only be used over a wound dressing. Particular care should be taken when cooling near the eyes and genitals.
